These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by WorldFest Houston International Film Festival (“WorldFest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including shop.worldfest-houston.com (the “Site”) and associated services, ticketing platforms (such as Eventive), merchandise (via Printful and Shopify), and engagement tools (such as Patron Journey and Robly). By using the Site and Services, you agree to these Terms.
WorldFest is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization hosting an annual film festival in Houston, Texas, with events at Memorial City Cinemark and River Oaks Theater.
1. Use of the Site
You affirm you are over the age of 18 orhave parental consent. You may not use our Site for any illegal or unauthorizedpurpose.
2. Store Terms
Products such as shirts, eco-totes,posters, and mugs are sold via Shopify, manufactured and shipped by Printful.Payments are processed by Shopify Payments or PayPal.
3. Event Terms
Tickets for WorldFest 2025 are sold via Eventive. Event admission is subject tovenue rules, including those at MemorialCinemark and River Oaks Theaterin Houston, Texas. Attendees must comply with venue and local laws, includingfire safety, decorum, and conduct.
4. Feedback Tools
Audience feedback may be collected using Patron Journey and associated surveyplatforms. By attending, you consent to receiving feedback emails or surveysunless you opt out.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not exploit, duplicate, or sellany aspect of the Services without express written consent. Illegal uses, spam,hacking, or defamation are grounds for termination.
6. Termination
WorldFest may suspend or terminate accessat any time without notice, for any reason, including violations of theseTerms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws ofthe State of Texas, with venue-specific provisions applying to the MemorialCinemark and River Oaks Theater locations.
